jigar, go to a random football forum from any nation, say "a team lost 3-0 because of illegal player", they say "fire the coach". Now, you wanna play "bedeh-beston", roll it.

I am thinking if we really had a decent football with active women side in every level, decent youth, teens, under 13, subdivision leagues like Brazil, beach, futsal,... we needed an IFF ten times bigger than interior ministry. mmm maybe bigger.

    Don't be bias.

^ Of course Woman's coach was at fault too. She had to know they won't let them play when she hit the locker room. What was all those bending and praying maskhareh bazi? Did you see what they said after? We put our hijab even if we get banned several times. If you wanna get banned, you don't need a team and a coach. Isn't it obvious?

IFF is at fault in a bigger picture by appointing them, but handling the team's matters are not IFF responsibilities. It will be laughable to ask IFF who got what in my team.

Tell you some thing: Canadian soccer Federation is exactly next door to Iranian Embassy in Ottawa. You know how big is the building? Barely 3 bed rooms house. I don't know how many works there though. All Iranians live in Canada know that. I don't see any one going in or out any time I was there. I don't see Canadian teams get banned left and right even they have a federation as big as "sorakh-moosh" which barely 3 people work there.

Dadash-e man, Team Omid is a team, coach and team manager should take care of the team matters. If you can't, it means you don't know your responsibilities.

The disaster was sitting there to hit. Remember missing the friendly game due to exit permission for some players?

Bigger picture >>> Who put these guys at work?

You wanna get bigger? >>> who got those appointing a-holes at work? Get bigger? ...

Still, missing yellow cards and playing ineligible player? yagh-e morabi-o bechasb bego onja che ghalati mikardi?

    Cheers,

then we have to blame the women's COACH who didnt do the job of the supervisor, coordinator and IFF liaison and IFF media officer and IFF olympic committee and ...

my friends, in these matters, each person has a role to play and certain duties to satisfy. the coach's duty does not include running notices and other paper work with IFF or olympic committee or ... .
then why the f*ck do we have "sar parast" and manager and coordinator and .... ?

the coach's responsibility is very different from all this

I agree with you about that aspect.
    As you said:
Parhizgar was team manager but was fired after a good result against Kyrghizstan.
He submitted relevant document to IFF (himself veteran IFF employee of 16 years).
When Hajilu was appointed Nabi asked Moeini to schedule coordinated meeting between Hajilu and Parhizgar. Parhizgar did not show up. He said he was not informed.
Hajilu and Moeini did not follow up.
    Hajilu did not do diligence.
All are guilty hence their big boss Kafashian for having weak organization without check and balance.
Beside these 3, there are others like Turabian… who share responsibilities.
That has to do with IFF while responsibilities of coach are a different subject albeit related.
In his latest twist. Mnsoourian now admit he heard about Mazdak Mirzaei’s comment of two cards. He then asked his Media officer and was told he is not aware and later on told him he was told nothing that can not be fixing by paying some penalties. (My wording).
If true. He should have asked Hajilu or Turabian or just someone above media officer (read translator).
I believe as I said it more than few times. He was preoccupied and his immaturity, lack of experience did not help at all. He was unable to handle crisis and his own actions demoralized players.
Here is situation room of Omid before the game.
    "

After all, our most decorated coach in IPL, forgot to send his team's sheet to AFC. Go and figure it out.

You did not know the team, you had no time to learn, then you don't accept the job or you keep a couple of previous people in your coaching team. it's called transition.

    Well, he learned now.

It is only you doing propaganda here.
I opened this thread to discuss Mansourian.
If you care to take about players stylists, jersey & boot manufacturers, ground keeper, IFF rest of your list go ahead start a new threat trash them as you like .
Trying to mix your propaganda into this thread won’t work.

but seriously, I wouldnt waste my time blaming someone who has a very minute role in this fiasco (I even think my earlier 10-15% assessment was too harsh on ali mansour. given the impact of such news on the team).

IFF and its bosses bear AT LEAST 90% of the responsibility. at least.
and I wont bring myself down to IFF's level to blame others when we have such a culprit still existing and shamelessly spreading the blame. my principles dont allow me to do that.

    to each, his own

    Now that you mention Houman:

Sure he may indeed share some responsibility. I hope if he read this , post his version and response.

This is an event that reported by Kamal & Houman

After away game in kyrghizstan, in airport Kamal asked Afazaeli about his 2 cards.
Kamal asked since they have advanced to first round would AFC wave his cards?

According to Kamal, Afazeli said may be yes, may be not and he will ask and let him know.

According To Afazeli, he told kamal, may be yes may be not we will inquire about it.
( Later on Afazeli said by "we" i mean IFF )

Next day Afazeli resigned and gone.
Would you think issue was not important for both party to follow up?

When Afazeli was selected he kept all assistant from Payrovani time since they have worked with Omid for years. When Mansourian was elected he did not keep any previous coach.

Mansouriann DID NOT select Kamyabinai (as I mentioned earlier) among rosters but he invited him after public criticism from few including Afazeli.

I will be very surprised if Afazeli did not see list for Iraq game . If he knew why not informed anyone. According to Mazdak Mirzaei one of former coach told him before the game. Why that coach or Mazdak did not tell Hajilu.

This disaster could have been prevented if some involve did responsible things

I hope Afazeli himself set the record correct.

oh, and lets not forget the fat guy on the plane. and his wife and the restaurant he visited the night before the flight.
    very important
    Once again"
My topic was to talk about Head coach responsibilities.
I have said IFF officials ( the most) , Omid head coaches and Managers, even players share some responsibilities.
Whoever caused this disaster or could have prevented but failed to do so is guilty of some degree.
Why i chose topic of Mansourian?
Because he is head coach of the team with very unique responsibilities and authorities.
I am sure you know all these and more yet bringing all that jazz fat & lady..... into this.
being angry, frustrated, trying to make it personal won't do anyone any good.
