Tasnim – TEHRAN, Naft Tehran football club completed the signing of Andranik Teymourian on Monday.

The 33-year-old midfielder joined Esteghlal from Machine Sazi last week but cancelled his deal after FIFA imposed January transfer ban on Esteghlal.

Teymourian has joined Naft until the end of the season for an undisclosed fee.

Naft Tehran is 9th in Iran professional League with 26 points.

Teymourian represented Iran national football team in 2006 and 2014 World Cups.

Ando signed a two-year deal with FA Premier League club Bolton Wanderers after the 2006 World Cup and has also played at Fulham and Barnsley.

Teymourian has played in Iranian clubs Tractor Sazi and Saipa and Qatari clubs Al-Kharitiyath and Umm Salal.
