Alireza Jahanbakhsh (Iran)
Alireza Jahanbakhsh plays for AZ Alkmaar in the Netherlands. The Iranian forward has been in good form lately, playing regularly for the club and is noted for his passing accuracy.
Just last month he scored and provided an assist in a man-of-the-match effort against Heracles, who are fifth in the Eredivisie.
He was voted the second-best young talent of the 2013–2014 Eredivisie season.
Jahanbakhsh played for Iran at the 2014 FIFA World Cup and the 2015 AFC Asian Cup, while he made his UEFA Europa League debut in a 2–1 group stage win over Athletic Bilbao last year.
Jahanbakhsh was called into Iran’s Olympic qualifiers in March last year and was named team captain.
His first national team goal came in his second game in a 3–0 win against Thailand.
