Amir Ghalenoei confident Tractor Sazi will advance to ACL knockout stage

Loading...Tasnim – TABRIZ, Iran’s Tractor Sazi coach Amir Ghalenoei said his team has almost qualified for the AFC Champions League knockout stage.
The Iranian football team defeated Uzbekistan’s Pakhtakor 2-0 in Group C of the 2016 AFC Champions League on Wednesday.
“Our good condition was because of the support of our fans,” said Ghalehnoei. “We played well in the second half when we fielded Soroush Rafiei.”
“We were very tough defensively and we didn’t give any clear chances to Pakhtakor. Now we have nine points and I think we have passed 90% of the qualification route. The players gave a great performance,” he added.
