Tasnim – HAGATNA, Guam coach Gary White hopes that the Iranian players to sign autographs for their fans.

Guam will host Iran in Group D of the 2018 World Cup qualifier on Tuesday.

“First of all, I want the Iranian players to sign autographs and take pictures with our fans at the end of the match. They can make our fans happy,” Gary White said.

“We have seven points which means that we’ve advanced to the next stage of the Asian Cup. So, we will have games in 2017 for further qualifications into the Asian Cup which is a massive success for us because we have never been there before,” he added.

“I think it’s the biggest event for our football to see Iran team in the island. We are proud of that. Guam will take serious this match and we will do our best against Iran,” the Englishman said.

“We lost to Iran in our away game but it made us a better team in the match against Oman. Guam wants to make it difficult for Iran,” White added.
