Persepolis captain Norouzi dies from heart attack

Loading...Persianfootball.com – TEHRAN, Iran’s football community is in shock, following the devastating news of Hadi Norouzi’s sudden and unexpected death on Thursday morning.
The nine-time Iranian international forward suffered a lethal heart-attack at the age of 30 during sleep last night and was found dead in his bed by his wife.
Iranian football officials, players and fans have sent their condolences to Hadi Norouzi’s family, while flowers and candles have been laid down at the Persepolis training ground, where he had participated in a training session still on Wednesday, without any obvious medical problems.
Norouzi is survived by his wife and two children.
