AFC Envoy Visits Isfahan’s Hotels Prior to AFC Futsal Championship

Loading...Mehr News – TEHRAN, An AFC envoy has arrived in Isfahan to assess the accommodation services in the city for the AFC Futsal Championship.
Abbas Torabian, who is the head of the organizing committee of the tournament, told Mehr News on Tuesday that the city’s famous Ali Qapou Hotel had been chosen as the media center and for the press conferences, with The Abbasi Hotel being qualified by the AFC envoy for the drawing ceremony.
“No specific date has been set for the drawing ceremony yet; however, the AFC envoy proposed that Friday would be when the draw should take place. I proposed a different day since, during the weekend, the media coverage of the ceremony would suffer inconveniences,” added Torabian.
“The Aseman and Kowsar Hotels were chosen to house participating teams and a visit has been scheduled to these hotels. On Thursday, we will hold a session with the organizing committee to brief the members on their duties,” Torabian said, believing that all conditions would be ready for the hosting of the continental event.
