Tehran Times – ISFAHAN, Sepahan football club has signed Rah Ahan winger Mehrdad Mohammadi on Tuesday.

Mohammadi, who was on Persepolis radar, had fantastic performance in last season’s Iran Professional League with Rah Ahan as he scored 10 goals but he couldn’t avoid his team relegation.

Mehrdad’s brother Milad Mohammadi also left Rah Ahan in the January 2016 to join Russian Premier League side Terek Grozny.

Sepahan has already signed Lee Oliviera, Pedro Oliveira, Taleb Reykani, Moussa Coulibaly and Jalaleddin Alimohammadi, in the transfer market so far.

Veisi, who led Esteghlal Khuzestan to 2015-16 Iran Professional League season title, is trying to build a strong squad for Sepahan in the next season.

Sepahan had a poor performance in the Iran Professional League and finished in 11th place.
