Damash axes coach Hamid Derakhshan

Loading...TEHRAN TIMES – RASHT, Hamid Derakhshan has been sacked by Damash following poor performance in the Iranian Professional League (IPL) on Sunday.
Derakhshan took charge of Rasht-based football team in September 2012 on a two-year contract but was forced to leave the team after less than six months.
Former Gahar coach Mehdi Tartar will likely replace Derakhshan in Damash.
Damash is 13th in the table, just four points above the relegation zone.
