Loading...Tehran Times, BANDAR ABBAS – Aluminum January signing Eamon Zayed couldn’t help Parviz Mazloomi’s side gain three points over Persepolis.
Former Persepolis striker Zayed, who joined Aluminum in the January transfer window, missed two scoring chances in the first half. Persepolis strikers also didn’t take 
advantage of their chances.
Elsewhere, Foolad beat struggling Paykan 3-1 in a home game. Leandro Padovani Celin put Foolad in front after five minutes and captain Bakhtiar Rahmani extended Foolad’s lead in the 66th minute. Juninho scored Foolad’s third goal in the 81st minute.
With five minutes remaining, Milad Zeniedpour pulled a goal back.
Saipa was also held a goalless draw by Zob Ahan.
