    People seem to have started turning against him already. He needs and deserves more time. That Chelsea team is a mishmash of strange players.

    Apparently new CEO made some suggestions to Tuchel and the formations he showed were 4-4-3 .

    Tuchel got upset and shortly after he was fired.

    Chelsea's new owners apparently attempted to draw up a '4-4-3' formation for former manager Thomas Tuchel - which includes 11 outfield players.
