Argentina hasn't won the Copa America since 1993. Imo this is more embarrassing than Iran's Asian Cup title drought considering that their regional rivals are only Brazil and to a lesser extent Uruguay.

Messi got very very unlucky in his National Team; imagine he was in the World Cup Final, played outstanding and lost it in added Time. They had a great chance (Higuain) to win it. He lost twice in the Final of the Copa America and today they lost although they had their chances.

Still i think Messi should win the Ballon dor over Ronaldo, he is the best player in the world.
