I'd put it down to being upset at the result. They had to appeal. Scandalous decision especially if they chose not to review the replay!

If that is the case the jury members should be banned/sanctioned.

According to T.R Foley on twitter (he works for UWW in some capacity, not sure what), the judges who said it was not 2 are being removed from the tournament.

Problem is they were paid off by Azerbaijan, so they probably will not care. There's no real consequence.
