I follow all our sports results very closely and not just during the olympics which many members seem to do! So I know what I am talking about.

I'm sure you do, but rule changes are not that great of a reason to say we will not do well. Lets just stay positive, otherwise there is no point in even competing.

Fair enough. I just had to say that so people won't be shocked if we don't perform. We haven't performed in the past 3 years' world champs and the Olympics are much much more competitive.

Someone should put a small bet on Taftian making the final of the 100m Sprint!

He qualified pretty easily yesterday and it seems like he is IN FORM right now.

Less than a month ago he had a PB of 10:04 secs(in 100m) in the championships in Madrid.

Looking at his semi-final opponents, Taftian will 85% go through to the final if he can match his PB from a month ago.
