I also love the reaction from the commentators when he manhandles Tsabolov. Its priceless. This guy is showing tremendous heart and fighting spirit to be clearing the situation later in the game against Tsabolov when he has a good grip of both of Yazdanis legs.Comment

Also compare the scrambling in the fight against Tsabolov, and compare it to the scrambling versus Gadhzimagomedov. It further confirms my view that he has developed and was under pressure to transition to a whole new level. I think that shows exactly how much he has learnt. I believe himself hinted about that during interviews after 2016 world cup.

But he is a better match up for Iran. We don't wrestler from distance. We like underhooks and controlling the center of the mat and positioning. These are things both are great at.

He looks so jacked - first thing I thought of that he was roided. I think problem with Burroughs was that he was trying to out-muscle him on the mat - that's why Burroughs lost. Im trying to find statistics regarding his scoring during fights comparing last year to this year. We should examine how many points he has given up now and then. And also how much he scores now comparing to then. If i remember right he is winning alot on tech falls now. He had alot of narrow but comfortable fights during 2015 world cup comparing to 2016 WC.Comment
