Mourinho is a crappy coach and im happy to see its finally showing its true colors. Other than Porto, he's always been on teams that spend a lot and are much superior to their competition in the league. So him winning league titles or cups meant nothing to me, you HAVE to do that with the players you got. But now its evident he's not a good manager.
Look at someone like Allegri of Juventus as an example; he started out badly this season too...not only they took 3-4 of his main players, but he had a bunch of new players, bunch of injuries and started out shitty. But he picked it up, he got the team rolling again, now Juve is 4th spot, only 2 pts from 2nd place, 6 pts from 1st place....he made it out of group of death in CL. Now THATS praiseworthy....not the likes of Mourinho, luis enrique or pep guardiola who have no competition and endless pockets for spending.Comment

Mourinho had his worst season ever this year, but the players should be blamed very much too, it's not Jose's fault.
Any team who will now land Mourinho as their coach should count themselves lucky, he is still (if not the best) one of the best coaches in the game.

This year at Chelsea, its not like his team didnt spend or that he had a lot of injuries, he just couldnt get them going to win games. Thats a huge flaw for a coach.Comment

^ Sounds like you're saying Qotbi could have pulled same results in his place.. definitely a bit of luck is needed to pull results like he has.
This year to be honest Chelsea players aren't playing.. look at Costa, Fabregas etc.. all are flat. Only William is playing like he should. You're going against your own logic when you bring up this year as an example of his coaching.
I think he's overrated and flawed in character too and am no fan but I must say he has pulled some huge results to his credit in the past.Comment
