^ first nobody qualifies himself but his country. they can change the wrestler.
iran qualified 3 Greco and 5 FS weights. out of 12 weights. 75., 85 and 98 Greco. 57, 65, 74, 86 and 97 freestyle.
there are 3 more tournaments left. one Asian and 2 world qualification tournaments. but only top 2 qualify from each tournament.

I am confident Sourian can make it for his weight to be qualified for Iran... the rest of weights, we hopefully also go through...

i would encourage everyone to watch this short clip critical of sourian's performance and our guys' general mental fortitude throughout these matches. although i am typically one to quickly go after the refs, sourian CLEARLY headbutted the azeri again and in that situation he should have known better and realized the refs were sensitive to it.

very true... but I have just one question. How often has Sourain been headbutted in the past (until now) and the refs didn't do anything? Let me be more precise, how often has he been headbutted by alone Azari wrestlers....?

you know what I mean.... I agree with you absolutely, for someone with Sourian's experience and wrestling quality he didn't have to do it, but then again, when it comes to our wrestlers and international refs, I see clear double standards....

Look closely at the few seconds before sourian's first attack. The Azeri guy hits Hamid's head a couple of times with his left hand which goes unnoticed by the ref. That is what made sourian angry.
