Who says they can't. Anything is possible. With all the money the royal family has, Saudi should be as good as Brazil. If they're not, they only have themselves to blame. Look at us, a third-world nation. We still managed to qualify for the World Cup. Imagine if our team had the funding Saudi has. They got 12 million just for the trip. Our federation doesn't even give a million to develop TM.
