Indeed PES can't put Iran's actual players in the game. Daei was made to Dahoo, Hashemian to Hashemi etc. We are in the World cup game because that game includes all national teams (except for 2 or 3 exceptions). This isn't as much a problem in the Fifa games now, because you could just download an Iran squad (including Esteghlal, Perspolis, Sepahan, Terakhtor etc) from the Ea Creation Centre online

Fifa is by far the better game than pes, I was just stating a fact that it's more of a political thing than licensing issues. even if IFF do give them the licence, they still won't put Iran in the game due to political issues. They always do include Iran anyway in the World cup editions of FIFA, so that proves your arguement about licensing is wrong.

That is because of PES not having the FIFPro license, however EA does have it. So your argument fails.

I don't think it is about IFF giving license or not. Iran is isolated from the western world, so it is only natural that a western developer like EA wouldn't include Iran.
