^^if i am not mistaking there is a chart, for example lets say a player plays 4 years or equivalent of 200 games, and another player plays 4 years and a equivalent of 100 games. depending on this chart the player that has played more game falls in a different bracket as far as salary and retirement is concerned.
stats are only good for getting new contracts from new teams where you can use your overall stats to bargain in a good deal.

hows that good? that just ruins his good stats. for ex...now after 2 games his stats are 6 min. 1.5 pts, 2.5 rebs, 0.5 blocks......anything less than 5 min. ruins his overall stats cuz its hard to put up stats in such short time, depending how the game goesOriginally posted by persian-eagle-13 View Post^^at least the good thing is that HH gets his stats by even playing 19 sec. in NBA it does not matter if you play 1 sec or 48 min. you will register 1 game in stat sheets.

oh he did play 19 sec? lol i missed it
see people wonder why he cant get in the rhythm or do better when he comes in...he never gets to play 2 games in a row...how do u play someone very important 12 min. and then nothing...and then throw him out there again 2 games later...no wonder the guy is lost out there (those who say that)
as good as hollins has done with this team, he does some stupid stuff too....i think clippers are gonna finish him off in LA on friday

grizzles win game 5 in fashion with 9 pts. HH only came in for 19 seconds. no stats.
game 6 friday night in LA. another do or die game for grizzles.
LA is leading the series 3-2

^^i am not taking anything away from the clippers, but what pisses me off is that grizzles are better than this, and i know they can go far in the playoff. but this dumb a$$ screwed up big time with his rotation. the funny thing is that he will not go back to the rotation that got him to playoff because he is a persistent fcuker and does not want to look weak in the eyes of the pundits

game 5 tonight, make it for break it for grizzles and Hollins. if they do not win tonight Hollins should be fired.

^^actually what sucks is that clipper's coach is not any better either, they guy is a total joke yet he is staying with his game plan that has got him to the playoff and you see the results.

^ Well said
4 very close games and he lost 3 of them
he is being out coached and he's not a very patient person either...hence the reason he gets frustrated with hamed at times too
he needs to calm down a bit and think clearly instead of emotionally...he even gets pissy with interviewers asking him questions...well its their job, they're supposed to ask crazy questions to see how u respond
ya thats what i dont get...if he wants this team to go far in playoffs, he needs to learn how to rotate hamed. he does not kill the team and like u said the fouls might even work in his favor cuz those guys arent good free throw shooters. The way he's going these players, especially gasol will be completely exhausted by next series cuz this series could very well go 7 gamesOriginally posted by Raptor View PostIn these series, Gasol has been dominated by the Clippers' big, especially Reggie Evans. He is playing way to soft and does not look like the allstar player he was earlier this season. Hollins surely had his reasons for not giving Haddadi playing time earlier this season, but in these series against Clippers, I hope he realises that Haddadi might be an asset for the team. Likely, players like Evans will have it more difficult defending Haddadi than Gasol.
As for the risk of Haddadi commiting fouls, he will most likely foul a player like Griffin, Jordan, Evans or Martin, who are all extremely poor freethrow shooters. Nothing Hollins should worry about to much.
HH will make a fine perfomance if given 2x9 mins in next game, though I would not start him or let him finish the game (unless one of the teams is leading big). He has yet to experience playing in those situations and it might not be the right timing for it now.
