According to my calculation the game against China is at 1:00 AM Tuesday New York time ,10:00 pm Monday Night LA time .(IRI-CHN 29-Nov 15:00 Fukuoka local time ). Is that correct?

For the life of me , I cannot figure out this qualification process and how does it work. Apparently the top 3 teams qualify directly to the Olympics in London , after that I have no clue.
I heard the commentator say something that Iran might qualify as the best Asian team. I am not sure if this was accurate but will keep my fingers crossed.

I find the qualification procedure confusing as well, but apparently (of what I have understood) only the top three teams of this tournament will qualify automatically for the Olympics.

However, Iran will have another chance in June when they will participate in World Qualification Tournament 1, along with 5 other Asian teams and 3 teams from other parts of the world. The winner of that competition will qualify for the Olympics, along with the best Asian team. So Iran will be guaranteed a place in the olympics if they finish ahead of the rest of the Asian teams.

now its 8 am there and the game will start at 3:00 pm their time, so in 7 hours time. so your calculations are right.
