Real Madrid do it all the time as well (against most teams, Pelligrini's team was wonderful) although more direct but just as beautiful...the difference between them is that Real can't play this way against this Barca but Barca are so good they do this to any team, Real or Man Utd doesn't matter.

me personally i dont care if the team plays the best football in the world or how ever many cups they win, for me a team has to have the whole package and unfortunately barca doesnt. this team is a disgrace, diving, surrounding the ref 24/7, provoking and even alleged racism etc... theres only one player that does it for me and thats messi!

I think you should reconsider your comment. Barca a disgrace?? I'm assuming when you refer to diving, surrounding the ref, provoking and racism, you are accumulating all this criticism from the last Classico. First of all, its el Classico, its the most important game of the season for these players, so you're going to see both teams on top of the ref no matter what. I think its very unfair to call Barca a disgrace based on one game this season where there was some over the top diving and antics, because this team has been incredible to watch all season and has revolutionized the game. We are privileged to have the opportunity to watch this Barca team over the last 2 seasons, they have set the bar as to how you can play beautifully and still win silverware. Don't allow one game with some antics overshadow the brilliance of Barca!Originally posted by Mr Pouya View Postme personally i dont care if the team plays the best football in the world or how ever many cups they win, for me a team has to have the whole package and unfortunately barca doesnt. this team is a disgrace, diving, surrounding the ref 24/7, provoking and even alleged racism etc... theres only one player that does it for me and thats messi!VISCA EL BARCA

i admit i dont watch all barca games but i know enough to be able to comment on the subject and i can assure you there are more unfair playacting through out the season, namely from the usual suspects of alves, busquets...etc. i do admit calling barca a disgrace is maybe too much but i still stand by what i say and im sure/hope you agree that barca dont exactly carry a squeaky clean image, maybe im overreacting but thats just my opinion and for me this tarnishes the football they play.Originally posted by Arzhang View PostI think you should reconsider your comment. ^ yeah but how many teams do see right now who don't storm the ref for a decision and don't dive for penalty kicks in certain situations? Not many teams, and I think that the football aspect should be separate from other aspects of the team. I don't think Barca are as bad as people think they are...sigpic
