Nekunam before his knee injury woulda been an ideal replacement for yaya..! But the current nekunam is not quite at the same level as the missing Yaya..!
He is nevertheless good enough to fill-in the role and for the kind of $$ it would take to aquire javaad's services, barca couldn't dream of finding a better option anywhere..!

Yes! Now maybe Nekounam can fill in for Yaya Toure at Barca!

He seems abit fragile for EPL, but a classy winger nontheless..!
With him hardly getting playing time @ WC....had to cash in the $$ before his value drops further..!
Did they close the deal on Donovan as well, yet??

started a topic David Silva joins Manchester City.

    David Silva joins Manchester City.

Manchester City have announced they have reached an agreement with Valencia to sign Spanish international winger David Silva.

City have agreed a five-year deal with the 24-year-old, who will complete a medical and sign for the club once his involvement in the World Cup is over.

"I am thrilled about playing in England with Manchester City," said Silva.

"I believe the Premier League is one of the best competitions in the world and I want to bring success to City."
Thats going to be a blow for wingers like Johnson,Bellamy etc.
