it pretty much explains why he's been playing in one of the top 3 football clubs in the world for the past 4 years, has started CL Finals and scoring decisive goals and the best coach in the world rates him.

while Nekounam is not man enough to risk his soft spot @ Osasuna and tries for a harder challenge, Karimi leaves Bayern Munich on a free contract, Hashemian fails to shine in a big team.

only Mahdavikia in his prime comes close to Park in terms of success. but again Hamburg ain't Man Utd.

comparing Nekounam, Hash and Karimi with Park is like comparing Khatibi with David Villa.

i think the reason why some hate him is because iranians tend to be jealous and want the best. we are jealous of the fact that an asian, who is in the same confederation as us and is our competitor, is in a big club while we can only brag about nekounam and shojaei. this can be traced back to the whole concept of "why iranian football is shit". lets face it, we hate him because we are jealous of him.
