Im very impressed by Verbick's results with Australia.
Result wise they have been the best but maybe not playing as great as they did under Hiddnk.
I will probably go watch their game versus netherland, last time Australia beat then 1-2.

yea... talent wise they are shit like all anglo-saxons. even england sucks talent wise... look at their futsal ranking... they are not in the top 100 rofl. they dont know how to play. they can just run fast and push and shoot long range or use height to head from cross. they are only good in football because they care about it so much and nurture it so much... yet you can count the number of talented youngsters in EPL on one hand... which is why they have to poach young foreign talents with money. on the other hand in spain or south america or iran there are thousands of talented kids coming every year.

they deserve it. here i can see how much planning,effort,management goes into their 'soccer' and how their youth development system works. no surprise how much they have advanced.

I must say though, Australia's second team sucks so bad.
Its their top European players who make the team tick, when couple of them go missing they suddenly become pretty ordinary.
still for a country that considers football lower in interest than cricket, AFL, rugby etc, they have done an amazing job.
infrastructure wise they are best in asia, and they always bring top quality people in charge of their football from europe.
