i never understood WWE

sorry to insult any WWE fans on this forum, but i never understood what has made wwe into such a succesfull "sport" everything is staged and none of the fights are real, yet everytime i witness it the stadiums are packed and the crowd are cheering. I dont get the main attraction of this. anyone else feel the same?

50% of it was real 50 was fake, they always planned the winners too but now its soooo gay all the wrestlers r fake 100% n the story lines arent even funny

i used to love it back when it was WWF, especially in the Attitude Era with guys like Steve Austin/Rock/Triple H. I liked a brief span of it when it was WWE with evolution (raw) and brock lesnar on smackdown. but after a while i just stopped watching it, ill see it on every now and then and its never gonna be the way it was. its not even fun to watch anymore

I think for the first 2 years you were a member here I hated you cuz I imagined you as one of those fat kids eating potato chips while watching WWF(WWE) and purchasing WWF gear like Brock Lesnar Shirts...replica title belts...wasting your parents money to go saw Monday Night Raw when they came to Toronto...making a mess of cheetos+lays chips in the living room when you have friends over...

i swear if i have a kid like that im gonna send him to the most bache bazi places in Afghanistan

Its entertaining, but it gets boring too easily too quickly. Its been 3 years since I bothered watching any wrestling.

But for those who hate the gimmicks and rants in american wrestling, I would suggest try watching a few matches from Japanese pro wrestling (puroresu).

Esp. from this Japanese promotion called Pro Wrestling NOAH.

Amazing stuff and so damn technical as well. But like I said, I havent watched wrestling for years nor have I any interest in it.
