Quite frankly, I could give two craps about what you or ameh think. I'm not here to convince you, and think what you want. And what's your connection to Madrid for you to root so hard for them? Just cause they were a popular choice once, and now they get spanked by any decent team? Plus, I don't come to PFDC for Barcelona threads ... I come here for Iranian news and discussion about subjects related to Iran. And if you come here for Barca, Real threads, means you're probably not interested enough in them to go to discussion boards that are much busier and more relevant on these subjects.

1986 when they signed gary lineker and right after they lost the champions league final. Before that I liked them but since I hated Schuster for what he did to the german national team and the kaiser I couldn't become a true fan. his departure made it easy!

well this is a football website with a forum dedicated for usually domestic and international football The general section is ONE of many usually football related ones...come on you must discuss football on a football forum maybe this can help you get more involved for the teams you support

Dude, I'm not really going to be here to discuss Barca's long season or league games etc. Obviously the domestic football forums are the centerpeice and backbone of this site. I participate on domestic Iranian football. I don't care about the general sports forum unless it's something that is worth posting.

I'm not too into club football, as I mentioned, although I've loved Barca since the Kluivert/ Rivaldo era, and loved it more when I visited there. I find it hard to really cheer hard for a club when I have no personal connection to it. Which is why cheering for Iran is so easy and natural. Cause all my connection is to it. So outside Barca, and a much lesser extent, AC Milan, I don't really care too much for it except the good football that is played.

Although Barca make cheering for them easy, and Chelsea make cheering against them easy as well

If I was serious about them, I'd visit other places where there is more traffic and more diverse opinions than perspectives of Iranian. This particular thread was just an interesting story-sharing one.
