if madrid focused more on youngsters we would have had at least as many flourished talents as barca has in xavi, iniesta, messi, puyol, etc... but since thats not the case the players are half developed and are only good enough to start for an average team. just look at portillo who was on route to becoming one of the best strikers in the world. and who created raul and the best keeper in the world? i thought so... LOL!
