btw, i stumbled across this joke when i was browsing through some barca forums...

on the first day of school a first grade teacher explains to her class that she is a real madrid fan. She asks her students to raise their hands if they, too, are real madrid fans.

Wanting to impress their teacher, everyone in the class raises their hand except one little girl.

The teacher looks at the girl with surprise and says, "maria, why didn't you raise your hand?"

"because i'm not a real madrid fan," she replied.

The teacher, still shocked, asked, "well, if you are not a real madrid fan, then who are you a fan of?"

"i am a barca fan, and proud of it," maria replied.

The teacher could not believe her ears. "maria, why are you a barcelona fan!?"

"because my mom is a barcelona fan and my dad is barcelona fan, so i'm a barcelona fan too!"

"well," said the teacher in an obviously annoyed tone, "that is no reason for you to be a barcelona fan. You don't have to be just like your parents all the time. What if your mom were an idiot and your dad were an a$$hole, what would you be then?"

"then," maria smiled, "i'd be a real madrid fan."

first of all, roma are just as difficult as juve. second, chelsea only went through because of a FLUKE goal (massive deflection) and the game would have probably ended 3 1 had drogba not scored the second which would have never happened had Chielini not been WRONGLY sent off.

then maybe arsenal should start performing like they are a contender. i certainly believe they are a contender but they arent playing like they are.
sure they will get to semis, but only because they got arguably the easiest team, or 2nd easiest team of the teams remaining.
if Arsenal was facing any of the 4 teams from the C) D) section they would have alot more trouble to make it to the semis.

btw: juve IS infact a more difficult team to play against then Roma, and w/e essien finished it from poor defending and a little bit of luck.

don't write out porto...this is a good team!!! lesandro lopes is nastyyyyyy. barcelona v bayern is going to be a great game, and of course, liverpool v chelsea will be a great game.

i almost got a heart attack last year in the chelsea-liverpool games. i cant go through that again. damit. i swear its fixed somehow... you have all 4 main contenders to the champs, who are looking to win it on 1 side. while you have the champions, 2 tokhmi teams and arsenal which went through on PENALTIES against ROMA.
