true their offer is really tempting , $270m is really insane but Kaka is a professional player and money is not everything for such players.

I think it's a silly move.
Today I read Sidorf's interview about it and he says Kaka doesnt need money he has everything and his Milan's salary is good enough.
Nothing is more important than medal for a player.
BTW i read that Kaka has given some deadly conditions to City's guys and they've accepted them all.
They are:

1.City has to qualified to UCL within 2 years.
2. Robinhio doesnt have to leave City
3. He wants all the money he earns from commercial every single penny of it.
there are some more
And if 'City fails to provide these condition he'll be consider as free player and can go wherever he wants.
