It was a heavy cut, but nothing special if you work in hospital I think..
I mean even I have seen worse injuries, which were really , bones sticking out and stuff... oooof hehe

But Sanchez got pretty much pwned, he was defeated in every aspect. There was no way he would have defeated penn.

lol I have seen more brutal and many more disgusting things, but ironically when you work in the medical field, some things eerily affect you more than others for no logical reason, and when I saw this cut I cringed inwardly
