2- Note the rivalry between iran and turkey from early on (in the 80s Iran didn't perform well due to the war. did they even participate at all?)

I can't believe crap like Equestrian, badminton, and sailing are Olympic sports and Squash/Racquetball isn't.

We missed 2 olympics, in 1988 we were there and our best Olympic games was at 1952 Helsinki games where we won 7 medals, its a shame that since we were not able to win more medals, last time in Athen we win 6 medals, hope this time we will do better.Originally posted by EKBATAN View Postlol we kick ass in wrestling and weightlifting....thats all our medals
