After that awesome game against the swiss, the best fight back I have
seen in a long time:

No, I did mean the Swiss. If you watched their game against the Swiss, they
came back from one goal down there as well to beat the Swiss 2-1. It was
under real real bad rain condition, but the Turks provided great entertainment
there as well.

the 2 goals scored vs the swiss were great and skillful

the first goal scored today was beautiful passing, the 2nd was just a fk up by cech and the 3rd was the defense caught napping but a beautiful finish by the striker, IMO it shouldve gone to PKs but the defense was caught napping so turkey moves on


enjoy the victory turkish peeps but dont get TOO excited, remember who showed u wassup in the first game, wut i mean by that is dont let ur emotions of 2 come from behind victories blind u, turkey can do well and possibly even beat croatia but that's probably as far as they will go, maybe no but probably

I don't know. Looking at how they played under pressure in two games in a row, I would have to say the momentom is definitely on their favor.

Technically, their defence is somewhat vulnerable, but their Middle is pretty good and their finishers, are very efficient.

What was most impressive and makes the biggest difference is that they dont
have any fear. I think since the Greeks won it 4 years ago, now the Turks
believe why not us. But you can't win these big events with weak defence
it will be very interesting next week.

congratulations to turkey as much as i dislike them i have to credit them for their fighting spirit , nihat is the heart of that team!

However they did have alot of luck on their side, petr cech is an overrated goal keeper, that mistake was elementary!

I didn't expect much from this Czech team after nedved and rosicky were not included due to injury and retirement. Shame on Nedved for not coming out of retirement one last time for the Cech's as did Larsson for the Swede's!

I hope Czech gets a better replacement for Bruckner because he really screwed up in the last two major tournaments and that Czech make it to the world cup.
