if Holland beat Romania (even 1-0) and if Italy and France tie with goal , Italy will go through. because of head to head result between ITA, ROM and FRA.

but if (NED 3-0 ROM) and (ITA 0-0 FRA) , France is out and one of ITA and ROM will qualify by fairplay matche. (yellow cards)

Romania has a great team and won't easily loose to Holland. in qualification round they got 4 points from the dutch and finished the group on top of them. it'll be an interesting match.
