Yes they do weight alot and that is only because of the insole but that is not a problem as they come with two. One heavy for power shots and one light for speed.
personally i think vapors are cheap quality.

i've "lifted" them in stores and also lifted my friends without the metal insole, it was still kinda heavy for me imo

F50's may not be the best boot but have you tried predators, they are awesome
