people seem to not like the system and amount of participants from europe, why shouldnt there be 13 teams qualifying from europe? i dont think any other continents deserve more spots, maybe africa or s.america, but certainly not asia or n.america

there is 8 groups with 6 teams and 1 group of 5 which total 9 groups

The 9 group-winners will qualify automatically and the best eight runners-up will go into home and away play-off matches for the remaining four places

oh so they are not going by the points of the runner up anymore? Thats good
