The reason he was a hit at Arsenal was to do with Henry being the team's focal point and spearhead in attacks, while that was definately NOT the case for France with that duty solely belonging to Zidane which more or less minimised his effect.

He's found it initially tough in La Liga also because, as was the case with France, he isnt Barca's main man in attack.

Premiership players are not "better", they are simply more physical. Defenders in La Liga are far more skilled in a sense to keep up with the talent of players like Henry.

Zidane didn't keep him from playing well, Henry has his own spot on the field, and Zidane looked for him all the time. Zidane played behind the attackers, and Henry was an attacker, so that should have made him a better player. He did have success with Zidane in the World Cup by the way, but he had a lot of the technical style of the EPL, that didn't match Zidanes experience in Italy with Juventus and Spain with Madrid.

That's true, but I think at Barca he's learning a new style to his game that could make him a lot more effective. At Barca he can depend on better players to support him rather than the opposite at Arsenal.

For me he's the best striker in this decade. Simply a great player...Who remembers the 03/04 season? He scored 30 goals & assisted 15 goals in something like 35 EPL matches...
