I love inter and I am not comparing leagues. However, I would first win the domestic battle before going outside the borders. Also, part of the reason those mentioned teams are good is because of their foreign players. When Germany beat the defending european champions holland in the 1990 WC 2-1, this was the headline of the newspaper: Inter 2 Milan 1 !!!!!! ( mathaus, bremeh and klinsman versus gulit, rijkard and van basten)
