What does that have to do with it?Originally posted by persiangodfather View Postpato my friend pato, lazio hasnt sum1 of his quality since nesta left and it was a very nice goal.
We had Sinisa, Stankovic, Simeone, Peruzzi, Oddo, Di Canio since Nesta left.
Plus we are not a team of big superstars anymore. Just a team
Just use the Milan thread...

but politically they need to create a situation where these kind of players would want to stay, until then they are going to have to fight the hard way against clubs like Milan who have the former Italian President behind them. The Worker-communist Party of Iran (WPI)

here is why this deserves its own thread:Originally posted by vahid is back View PostWhat does that have to do with it?

usually when there is a star/ much hyped player that changes teams (e.i. beckham/henry), their first goal is newsworthy and people want to see it. Pato is a much hyped player due to his age and flare and leading his team as a 17 year old to the world club championship, so a lot of people are eager to see how he is faring in his move to one of the most famous teams in the world. The Milan thread is for Ancelottis comments on opponents or 2nd team players being transfered or minor rumors. Patos goal deserves its own thread. I think his first official goal deserves its own thread as well.
btw this is remeniscent of oliveiras first goal for milan in his first game
hopefully this brazilian can turn out different

Well it has a lot to do with the financial crisis with Cragnotti's reign and just spending money on some players that didn't pan out like Mendiata, and Sven leaving. I wouldn't really blame it on teams like Inter, Juve, and Milan. We were once able to spend big money on players like them, but we were not smart with it.Originally posted by PersianMadrid7 View PostNo doubt Lazio is a platform for quality.

Noted, but I will make a thread now everytime Kuzmanovic, Montoliveo, Pazzani score for Fiorentina in real games now. I guess I will make threads for when Aquilani scores for Roma too. There is a lot of stars that will probably turn out better then Pato. Usually these overhyped Brazilians who are expected to be the Next Pele, just turn out to be decent players.Originally posted by nypimpofpersia34 View Posthere is why this deserves its own thread:
