Exactly IT'S ND! I hate them and I don't care about their record. ND also thrives on playing the role of the spoiler. In my old hs Crescenta Valley, our old coach Allen Ebeheart would alaways tell us, "Never take your opponent lightly or you will get burned hard!" Guess what we were 28 points favorites, and our cross town rival La Canada lost to us for the last 18 years. Well All of a sudden we walk in like we are the greatest team on earth, and they just blow us out of the water 42-14. We all learned a lesson that day not just about football but in every day life.Originally posted by ShahHouman View Posti kno u got revenge on ur mind from last yr but dude, it's ND lol....
Now remember one other thing that this is MSU we are talking. We have a tendency to start off good and Weily E Cyotie ourselves off the cliff after a loss to usually ND, UM or OSU. It happens almost every year, so we can't take them lightly. We need to start 4-0 if we want to have a shot at making it to a bowl game this year and get 7 or 8 wins.

A somewhat expected loss for Georgia Tech. No matter what Georgia Tech defensive coordinator John Tenuta threw Boston College last week, they handled it.
Our running-back Tashard Choice is questionable for next game. Jonathan Dwyer is a possibility to fill in. Dwyer is talented yet lacks experience.
Taylor Bennet needs to be less conservative with his passing game. It is positive that he has not thrown an interception thus far, but he needs to be a bit more adventurous in the pocket.

Too bad they don't have Calvin Johnson anymore to throw the ball to.Originally posted by Club monaco View PostA somewhat expected loss for Georgia Tech. No matter what Georgia Tech defensive coordinator John Tenuta threw Boston College last week, they handled it.

Well my heart and soul is with Michigan State, but I too always liked the Bruins. The Bruins better study the gametape from the Utah game, and figure out where they went wrong. Washington has a very good qb Locker who can beat you with his arms and his legs. I think that the home crowd will be a huge advantage for UCLA. Washington is going to keep things interesting but the final score will be UCLA 30 Washington 20.Originally posted by Club monaco View PostGood luck with the Bruins. They must make a lot of adjustments to become a real threat any time soon. Always admired UCLA athletics, as they are one of my top 5 favourite teams in the country.

MineOriginally posted by Club monaco View PostFavourite teams of mine by notable conferences.
ACC, Georgia Tech
Big East, Rutgers
Big Ten, Ohio State
Pac-10, UCLA
SEC, South Carolina
ACC, I really don't get too many ACC games here out in the west coast. I would say Florida State just because of Bobby Bowden.
Big East-WVU
Big 10 -favorite team Michigan State
Pac 10-UCLA
SEC-I always kind of liked Tennessee for some reason.

Good! Cowan is the better qb in my book because he is more mobile. Well I never wish an injury on anyone but Cowan last year steped up and beat USC. I don't care who you are or what school you go to, that is impressive commiing of the bench and knocking off a giant like USC. Olsen is too one dimensional because he locks in on his primary WR too much. If that primary wr is covered, down goes Olsen. We need someone with an extra added dimension of mobility to move the chains. Cowan is going to do great just watch. There is also going to be a a heated debate if Cowan steps up again and preforms well. If he does that and beats Washington, I think you got ot go with Cowan and bench Olsen.Originally posted by Club monaco View PostSerious injury issues are always a big challenge to any team. Even Olson is now questionable against Washington.

Ouch that's really going to hurt the program considering the fact that the defense, well at lesat on paper, is the strength of the tema. The DL is the life blood of the defense. If you can't get penetration to the line(not that kind of penetration you sick bastards), you are done. Football is won in the battle of the trenches. The reason why USC and LSU are so dominent is because they are stacked on teh 0-line and the d-line. If one guy gets injured they have another all american on the bench who will take his place.Originally posted by persianbruin View PostProblem that nobody taks about is that half the team got injured in that BYU game!! I still think taht UCLA is going to win 30-20 lock it baby!
