Its either that Chelsea is Top due to Abramovic not ending money, or Chelsea got to be way down cause the Club had 90Million GBP loss due to over spending and not revenuing enough.

Masoud jan, someone correct me if I am wrong but I think I read somewhere that this list is based on the income of a club.

So Chelsea can spend 1 milliard if they want but if they only earn 1 euro than clubs like Rah Ahan will still be listed higher
