Mexico, like the USA, are over-rated. I never liked them nor do I rate them highly. Turkiye all the way !!!

That said, I think both teams havent played each other for quite sometime.

Easy Mexico is better. Turkey didn't even make it to the WC in Germany, and Mex lost 2-1 to Argentina in the 2nd round.
