McLaren respond to FIA charge
McLaren have revealed their disappointment at being summoned to appear before the FIA World Motor Sport Council to answer charges of having unauthorised possession of information belonging to Ferrari.
The statement, released by McLaren on Thursday evening, said that “McLaren is extremely disappointed to note that it has been asked by the FIA to answer a charge of being in possession of certain documents and confidential information belonging to Ferrari.
“Whilst McLaren wishes to continue its full cooperation with any investigation into this matter, it does wish to make it very clear that the documents and confidential information were only in the possession of one currently suspended employee on an unauthorised basis and no element of it has been used in relation to McLaren’s Formula One cars.”
The FIA confirmed on Thursday it had called on representatives from McLaren to attend the specially convened hearing, which will take place in Paris on July 26. The FIA launched an investigation at the beginning of July in connection with the alleged theft of confidential technical information from Ferrari and the subsequent suspension of McLaren chief designer Mike Coughlan

I have been following the issue from the start, I can say there are two possibilities, the less probable one is that the Mclaren guy tried to buy the technical stuff from the traitor in Ferrari team just to win a better place what we call khodshirini but Mclaren rejected him.Originally posted by Cyrus_da_virus View PostSounds very fishy doesnt it.I dont know if this was an individual act of spying or if the whole Mclaren team was involved.I doubt it was the whole team but i guess we will see what happens soon.
The probable theory is that, Mclaren sent the guy in to buy the stuff, they sent only one man, a lower rank employee, so they would stay out of trouble in case of being caught just like now, Hala ke ghazie roo shode ino endakhtan vasat va khodeshoono keshidan kenar.
