How do they set so many decent friendlies so frequently most of which in the USA?!!

Every time I see their schedule they are playing good friendlies!

Also howcome they and US get to participate in Copa America?!

Simple really

CONMEBOL (the south american federation) has something like a total of 8-10 members, and for the Copa America in order to make it a more proper tournament they invite a few teams from either up north, or in one case others like Japan to play in the competition to make up the numbers and USA/Mexico are the closest and most easily approachable teams.

As far as Mexico's friendlies in USA go, maybe its more a financial aspect that makes them get all this attention and matches, as I know every team would love to visit USA as well. That said, you dont see USA playing much friendlies now do you
