By the way, guys, team news that I've posted on both Arsenal and Liverpool threads:
*Liverpool's 6"7 broken-nosed striker, Peter Crouch, has had surgery on his nose, which is now fixed, and was training in mid week with the Liverpool outfit so he's all up and ready for what the BBC have called, "the glamour match".
*John Arne Riise is set to make his 200th appearance for the club, having been declared bankrupt*Emmanuel Adebayor had a four match domestic ban, but he's available again for the Gunners.
* Previously injured Defenders, Gael Clichy (hamstring) and Emmanuel Eboue (ankle), are match fit again
*Gilberto is still out with a hip problem.

Quick Match Report:
Alvaro Arbeloa's cross was turned in by Crouch to put Liverpool ahead after four minutes, then he headed in from Fabio Aurelio's delivery in the 34th minute.

Daniel Agger glanced in another brilliant Aurelio cross on the hour before William Gallas poked in from almost on the line for Arsenal.

Crouch then made it a treble with a neat turn and finish after 80 minutes.

All I know about Gerrard substitution:
"He needed to have an ice-pack applied to a thigh injury - with boss Rafa Benitez hoping he will recover in time for Tuesday's Champions League quarter-final first leg against PSV Eindhoven." BBC Sport

It was just an ice pack so hopefully its not serious???

All I can think for Riise is maybe Benitez thought his bankruptcy concerns would affect his game? It doesnt matter anyway, we played excellently...

As for arsenal players, no idea.

You know, and I know, and Mona knows, and everyone SHOULD know that that wasn't Arsenal full team. And you know, and I know, and I think Mona knows, that Arsenal is definitely outta this years race, so why go full out when we can gain experience for next year?
And most importantly, we ALL know you're just sore cause we totally dominated you yesterday
