Guys the bottom line is these discussions of should have/could have are useless. Its football and there are tons of unjust calls during a game, so you can't really prove something by saying "if he didnt do this or that...it would have ended like this"

The point is even if a call is called correctly, it would still change the game after it. Everything that happens affects the game after it.


So lets get over whinning on Italy's win because there are enough unfair calls against italy than it was For Italy. In the end, it all works out correctly and this is how the system is. We've been used to it all our lives and you should learn to live with it. At least they didnt win the World cup by a HAND goal like maradona or something.

LOL....malouda was already diving forward when he saw mat. running towards him. It was purely a professional dive just like Figo did to us and what grosso did to australia. Its just that theirs was more convincing because of the contact. This dive of malouda however had NO contact.

I thought it was a slight clip, but Malouda sold the referee, basically if i had been the ref I would have called the pk.

I personally think there was a slight tap but not enough to get a pk. But then some 15 minutes later, same situation with malouda where i actually thought he got fouled, didnt get called. I think penalties on dives should be put and there should be instant replay. About Henry, he got tripped and watch the spain, portugal, and barcelona games, they take advantage of henry being so clean. They friggin foul him so much but he never sells it because thats not him. Now think about if henry here went through with the play against portugal. He trips on the dudes foot slows down the other guy clears it. He gets fouled but there is no call because he did not sell it. I think there is no irregularity here because if he doesnt fall, the ref wont call it and the foul would have prevented a possible goal.

Are u joking man. Henry was tripped. Watch Henry games man, he is an honest player. He didnt even put his hand up for a penalty. It was given by the ref with no persuasion.

Everyone praised their entertaining style of play that no one was able to match, they went into every game won whilst entertaining. My point is that Brazil won it convincingly whereas everyone does not accept Italy as TRUE champions they believe they had a considerable amount of luck on their side.

Though to Italy's credit they had a magnificent defense but cant say much about their offensive game. If everyone played Italy's style of defensive football I can gaurantee football would become a shit game, who wants to see a ball go back and forth with no flow?! Its teams like Brazil, Holland, Argentina, France and Czech that make the game entertaining and great to watch.

Italy is the champ no matter what, its just a few of you haters in this world who cant accept it. I already knew this was their year to win cuz its been a long time since 1990 world cup and they've had very bad luck. I knew no matter how italy was going to win, there was gonna be people like you poppin out of everywhere saying they didnt deserve it.
No one said brazil had it easy cuz they beat TURKEY to go to the final as italy beat the HOST (hardest team of the tournament) to get to the final. In 2002, brazil barely even made it to the world cup and they had a easy road cuz the whole 2002 world cup was a bullshit fixed tournament to let korea or japan get far cuz it was their own country Give me a break man...people love brazil cuz they entertain but italy has the most PROFESSIONAL team and they won this cup as a team, not one player lead them the whole way to victory, they all contributed and they scored the most goals. what caused malouda to fall was his heels clipping together.

mate, watch the clip again, and this time with a bit of obectivity...after another viewing you're still telling me that Malouda is "already diving forward when he sees Materazzi running toward him"?!

and you're telling me you can be certain there was no contact between the sole of Materazzi's left foot as he brings it down and Malouda's right foot? freeze the frame just before Malouda clips his heels together and you'll see part of Materazzi's foot is obscured by Malouda's boot.

if there was no contact, that means you're saying that Malouda manages to clip his own heels together at exactly the same time that Materazzi brings his foot down within millimetres of it. in which case that is a pretty impressive skill. hats off to the man!

also watch the way Materazzi's left boot moves at the exact moment of contact the other way suggesting that the impact of Malouda's foot causes his foot to move forward slightly.

Im sure you all remember b4 the penalty dive, henry got knocked out cuz cannavaro's arm slightly touched his pretty face. Then the game was out of rhythm cuz he had to step aside and become conscious again.

That and the penalty in the first 5 minutes threw the game out of rhythm. Thats France's fault and not italy's. So the whinos need to stop it with the nonsense. France came into the final cheating and they got what they deserved in the end. I think they were lucky to be in the final in the first place, they should have been kicked out the first round by KOREA & SWISS
