How Barca can cope with the loss of Eto'o

I think Barca should have bought another top class striker before the season which would have prevented the problems they are having now. Maybe Crespo or Trezeguet should have been agressively pursued. Anyway now they should just wait until January and still try and buy Trezeguet, but also Fred from Lyon(now he has out for the rest of the season unfortunately), maybe Adriano(if he can get his act together and concentrate on football) or Fernando Torres if they can because that would be difficult.
Any one have any other ideas.

Its interesting but you just gotta give time for replies man anyways I think Barca certainly needs another top class striker as well as a team like Milan, players that come to mind who are availabe or will be soon are Tevez, Crespo, Trezeguet, Toni (but he better go to Milan ), Torres, Villa, Cisse, and Fred are some that come to mind...however they both teams should try for January or else there seasons might go down the drain with another injury.

Wait I thought Toni wanted to go to Inter?, yeah but I hope he joins Milan because Milan needs a top class striker, Pipo is gives 110% but he is not enough alone, I am fed up with Gilardino, and Oliveira hasn't proved himself as an adequate replacement for Sheva. Howabout these names:Toni,Fred(when Healthy again)Cisse who I think would be great for milan, or maybe Trezeguet. I also heard they make look at Adriano or Ronaldo but I hope to God not.

Another striker like better than Saviola or Gujohnsen would cost alot, and looking at Barca's squad already alot of money being spent.

Well originally Luca Toni was in some talks with Inter but they decided to rack up Ibrahimovic and Crespo to play alongside a good stack in Cruz and Adriano...so Toni stayed another year but IF he decides to leave then Milan is a good possibility. Also ive heard rumors about Torres joining Milan sometime soon too, anyhow they need someone as pipo is getting older and Gila/Oliviera are the only other ones left! I would LOVE Cisse also but if he's back to perfect fitness of course.

Yeah your right, thats why I think they should sell one of there many talented midfielders in order to buy a striker, I mean they got Messi, Deco, Ronaldinho, Giuly, Xavi, Iniesta etc...then when you look at strikers its just Eto'o with Saviola and not Gudjohnnsen on bench! Can you imagine if few months ago Henry decided to join them instead of Arsenal!

The thing is obviously players like Etoo, Henry, Shevchenko (milan days), Rooney etc are big losses wen not playing so u cant replace them.

However i feel that Barca (on paper) have sufficeint replacements. Saviolato me is a gun of a player, Gudjohnsen kept players like Drogba, Mutu and Crespo on the bench at times for chelsea and im also a big fan of Maxi Lopez.

This to me is sufficient cover for a player that will come back. You cant go out and buy another player.

IMO give saviola an extended run casue he definitely has an eye for goal and also Lopez if he isnt still out on loan is a player with plenty of potential.
