i agree. personally im a RM fan, so i would say cannavaro if i were to be biased, which im not. to be honest, puyol is one of the best defenders in the world.

Cannavaro is out of the ordinary, he knows where the ball is going to end up and does things other defenders can't do to make sure he gets the ball.

Puyol is hardcore he runs up and down the field sprinting after forwards, he's like a horny dog except, he tackles.

Terry was born a defender.

Cannavaro is in the Fifa world player of the year becasue of his performance at the World Cup and he deserves it cause he was the second best player there for IMO.

ok well in that case I guess you just dont have very good football knowledge, or at least IMO anyways arent you the guy who always brings up analysts as a way of proving which players/teams are better since they are experts? Because im pretty sure 90-95% of analysts would say Cannavaro over Puyol hands down...anyways its ok to disagree.
