Damn guys I cant even make the announcement myself? But hell yeah im going on August 12th beatches!!! been looking forward to this for quite a while now...im attending with a few friends (my Brazilian friend amongst). Im just hoping they play with their real squad and not all bench, oh and were also going before to watch them practice n shit...cant wait somethings finally happenin here!!!

When Man U and France came down for friendlies a few years back, they brought there whole squads but the best players were on bench and the biggest chears of the games were when the superstars would get up off the bench to warm up. LOL. Then they would come on for like 15 minutes.
Andy Cole brok an Aussie players leg and the guy was out for soooo long. LOL.

In 88 though the story was different. The best team on earth came to Melbourne. AC MILAN. They brought Van Basten, Gullit, Rijkaard, Baresi....and played them all. Great moment for all the football fans.

I hope for your sake becasue it is in America that all the players will play as American teams would pay a lot of monney for this shit and have in the contracts that the big boys have to play.

Guys also let me add that there has recently been TONS of commercials advertising this game (just sold out though)...and in every commercial it says "come watch Real Salt Lake take on international powers Real Madrid, FEATURING DAVID BECKHAM!!!" They say it like he is Maradonna or something damn...now I know why people say he is overrated! Just imagine if he doesnt play in this match. Anyway i'm much rather looking forward to seeing my boy Robinho, Ronaldo, Cannavaro, Roberto Carlos, and any other possibly late signing they might have...such as Zlatan. But on the other hand Beckham's free kicks will be somethin to look forward to also.

for example this summer we've already had the best mexican team club america come play the local sounders and also English champions league Cardiff city come and play the Sounders.
last summer we had sunderland and two of the best teams from mexico again
and the summer before that we had chelsea and celtic and the summer before that it was man u and celtic.
