That shouldn't have been a penalty. The Brazilian ref was obviously supporting Spain. Specially when they were trailing 0-1 he favored them a lot. Also when Tunisia wanted to make a substitution he personally pushed Tunisisan player all the way out the field so that he doesn't waste any time.
